Dr. Manjesha C is a seasoned management academician with a strong integration of industry and academic experience. He brings over 13 years of extensive corporate exposure in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, having worked with leading multinational organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, L’Oréal Paris, and Abbott Healthcare. His professional experience includes expertise in channel management across General Trade and Modern Trade, market expansion, go-to-market strategies, and operational execution across diverse markets.
In addition to his industry background, Dr. Manjesha has over seven years of academic experience, during which he has contributed to teaching, corporate relations, placements, and institutional development initiatives at reputed higher education institutions. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from XIME, University of Mysore, and is KSET qualified. His academic and research interests focus on contemporary marketing practices, technology adoption, and industry-oriented research, with publications in peer-reviewed journals. His teaching philosophy emphasizes experiential learning, industry relevance, and holistic student capability development, aimed at preparing students for dynamic managerial roles in a competitive business environment.
